Damn the kerrie Anne chick who tried to lie about her ex boyfriend killing Chelsea should face repercussions for that. Imagine if the went and arrested and imprisoned the guy based off her word alone.
I grew up in Newport and about a half mile from where the party was. I also went to school with Mr. Clay and interacted with him often since he was in my grade at the time…He never appeared to me like he was capable of something like this but everybody has a dark side…Glad the family has at least some closure…

Shame on her so called friends. Totally ditched her and while they had her phone too. They are 100% responsible for what happened to Chelsea.
Was at this same Halloween event with my bestie. It breaks my heart that I didn't see Chelesa. I would of definitely invited her to hang out with my circle, would of let her use my phone, made sure that she got home safe. Shame on her friends for literally ditching her.
So sad her friends left her behind with no car to get home. They also took her phone home with them. Friends who do not look after each other are not friends. So sad!
Theres alot more to this story ..her "friends" that claim she just took off left the party without her and one of them was holding Chelsea's cell phone because she had nowhere to put it on her costume..so they left her with no ride and no phone at a party in the sticks that 800 people actually attended..she used 6 different peoples cell phones to make calls ..she called the girl who left her there and asked her to please come get her she said she was too drunk to drive .
