  1. You know I've seen literally thousands of videos on YouTube alone that make me more fearful of law enforcement than of any type of criminal or terrorist or vagrant or anything like that. I can count on one hand the number of incidents I've seen that were positive would law enforcement in my entire life video or in reality….
    And when I say positive, all I really mean is just it was quick courteous and nothing bad happened

  2. He illegally searched him, as there was no reasonable suspicion that was armed and dangerous.

    No reasonable suspicion to extend the stop.

    His suspicion was that he was black and the cop didn't like his answers. How DARE he have a right to remain silent or choose what questions to answer.

    NEVER say yes to search ANYTHING. EVER!!!!

    It definitely wasn't a voluntary search anyways, because he told him he was going to have to wait there, illegally, for sniffer dogs, long past the end of the traffic stop. But NEVER consent.
