A former NFL player is behind bars after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and felony child abuse for the death of his girlfriend’s five-year-old daughter. La’Rayah Davis was found lifeless in Cierre Wood’s apartment in April 2019. Investigators discovered Wood used exercise and physical punishment as discipline.
