Adam Strong brutally killed and dismembered two teens nearly a decade apart. Kandis Fitzpatrick disappeared in 2008. Rori Hache, who was pregnant at the time, vanished in 2017. Kandis was killed in 2008 and Rori in 2017. It is unlikely that he didn't kill others in those years. He left DNA on a knife for 10 years and blamed it on "procrastination"?
