Tuesday morning, prosecutors in the citizen’s arrest turned deadly trial showed jurors the interrogation footage of Hannah Payne just hours after the fatal shooting occurred. Payne is currently on trial for the murder of Kenneth Herring, who she allegedly shot in “self defense” after witnessing a hit-and-run crash.

Even if he did grab her gun SHE introduced a gun. And when she says “he said just shoot me, shoot me” it’s like her logic is he told me to do it so I did! 21 years old, barely got to experience being an adult and threw it all away. So crazy
We all know this type of person. Sure she did a lot of nice things for people but it was all done to satisfy her own ego. Mind your damn business.

She should not have been anywhere near Mr Herring's car to begin with as the incident had NOTHING to do with her.She watched too many movies and thought she was going to be the Hero,but ended up being a Murdering Karen.Justice was served.

She claimed that her nails were broken…but it looks like she is the one breaking them!
Her story is so full of holes. Totally reminds me of the Michael Dunn case where the story makes no sense at all…and definitely no grounds for self defense with a weapon.

She doesn't have the mental capabilities of being a police officer because she has no remorse for anything or anyone else it looks like she was just arrested for like shoplifting or something she didn't look bothered at all.
I believe that her family was telling her not to worry about it that they were gonna let her go after the interview and that's the only reason she talked without a lawyer.
Well damn she really trapped that man in his vehicle wow. She didn't know if thisan had PTSD or anything I would've panicked and I think that anyone would especially if you don't know wtf is going on.
Ok so when the minimal separation happens just leave.
I really feel like she would've shot him had he gotten out of the vehicle and she would've claimed the same defense.
That man must've had 6 or 8 arms because he was reaching opening the door fighting with her and pulled the trigger on her gun while in her hand.
