My thoughts about this case: not only that judge is a moron, but he got to have a pervy mind as the husband for him to not only place that sob on house arrest to the home he victimized his own wife, but also tell her to forgive him and that he’s a good father. Very inappropriate for a judge of the law to tell a victim at her weakest point. That judge needs to be disbarred from the bench.

Surely this judge was not acting like a normal human when saying those things and sentencing. To give a light sentence is one thing, it happens a lot. Rarely people get the justice they should, but to make light of it and say basically get over it and forgive him. I’m shocked. There needs to be people who can step it if a judge doesn’t seem to be all there when sentencing

27. “As bad as other kinds of rape”? I can imagine that being betrayed by the person you trusted for years as your life partner and protector would be much worse on many levels than being raped by a stranger or a date. This story is disgusting and this judge is appalling.
