  1. I disagree on the grade given to the officers. It's simply unrealistic to expect cops to know the exact wording if every law they enforce. In this case, a single word was the difference between lawful and unlawful, and since courts take what the officers understand of the law into account, i think this would be much closer than you present. The coos did exactly the right thing, they engaged in a positive dialogue, looked up what they didnt know, and didnt let their egos get in the way. Cops are not lawyers or auditors, and while it is reasonable to expect a higher understanding than your standard citizen, it is also reasonable to expect them to be human, as even lawyers and auditors need to look up the exact wording.

  2. Dude, you have a 1st Amendment Right to take video & photos in public of anything your eyes can see. As long as YOU are standing in a place you can legally be, police cannot trespass your eyes. She has no standing to get a protection order. As a matter of fact, you should contact Animal Control & report her for animal abuse. The cops do NOT have RAS of any sort, but they are trying to fabricate it to limit your Constitutional freedoms. Don't allow them to do so!!

  3. I'M SORRY BUT IT'S HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE ANY WOMAN BECAUSE SO MANY WOMEN LIE ABOUT BASICALLY EVERYTHING. THEY BRING OUT THEIR CROCODILE TEARS. JUST GOOGLE WOMEN FALSELY ACCUSING MEN OF ASSAULT

  4. B-!?! It’s the second time in two episodes they I’m sticking up for the cops (it’s a cold day in hell I guess), but this was an A- I’m not convinced that a court WOULDNT reach the conclusion that he was stalking. RAS MAY have existed. Regardless, they STILL were professional, polite, and didn’t infringe on any rights. Man, you gotta praise this unless you want to make them contemptuous of the process. Grade on the curve man

  5. Honestly, the 2nd officer did a great law enforcement work, he didnt pushed the matter. He reasonably with the investigation, did a great job, now that is what the American people are looking for as our public servant employees 👏😏 much respect for your services Trooper but the first officer is trash, the guy asked for a supervisor and that first officer denied his quest of a supervisor and now they are talking to the crazy woman on the phone 📱 she is telling the officers to arrest the man. But Trooper was great on his work, which the first officer was trash. If it wasn't for the Trooper, that first officer would have pushed the matter to arrest the guy and violate his rights!

  6. I would give Braydon a "D"
First he detains himself to wait for the police to arrive. Then after initially not answering questions he completely flips an tells them every detail. Rule number 1 – I DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS!
He was lucky Barbra gave the cops attitude on the phone and they didn't want the paperwork.

  7. Not truly relevant, but I'm just saying, but that lady has a long and flat philtrum which is a classic syndrome of Fetal Alchohol Syndrome. It doesn't explain or reason out why she's acting like this, just something that really caught my eye as she looks like her mom was drunk 100% of the time she was pregnant.

    Just sayin'.
