An Atlanta mom — who also believes she is a sovereign citizen — is accused of murdering her 5-year-old son and stuffing his body inside a suitcase. They are going to send her for a psychological evaluation then send her to a psychiatric facility until she is competent to stand trial. But if she refuses counsel they are going to send her straight to prison. My guess is that she will continue to refuse counsel.
Her son will always be loved and cherished by the man who discovered the child’s body while mushroom hunter. The community buried him with dignity with a granite headstone. Their kindness and empathy for the young victim will never be forgotten.

Therapist here…these are what are called "bizarre-type" delusions. Delusions that could not be real (demonic possession, being a person she could not be i.e. a 63 yr old woman). She also has non-bizarrebtype delusions which could technically be possible however unlikely (followed by government entities). She probably has paranoid schizophrenia and is clinically insane.

I've never seen a sovereign citizen loose a court case, and she has a master's in history.
What makes me so sad and frustrated about women like her is, I know women who have trouble conceiving. These women pray and pray for a child, only for women like her to have kids and don't want them. It's just heartbreaking.
