I do have a question….they use the “I need your ID to know who I’m dealing with”…. How the hell can they know who they’re dealing with just by an ID!? …I understand they could have some criminal charges however, that does NOT mean this person committed any crime what so ever….ID does NOT give any indication of what type of well, personality nor does it indicate if this person had just committed or will commit a crime.. so to me the ID thing is just a ploy to control a person and that is NOT ok!!!

I hear so many police officers say just not want to give their ID is against the law karma is bull crap! You don't have to give it to you unless you're physically under arrest that's when you have to give ID!
Karen cop and the police force will get a good EDUCATION in what the law actually means, not what they think or want it to mean. They do the ID thing to enter the contact information into the NCIC database to increase their statistics for federal funds, that why they ask for ID up front with no crime committed, violating the fourth amendment every time. It’s all about the money from Big Daddy !

I follow because you give updates. TY! The reason why the cops will keep violating the id laws is because of a dilemma of their own making. There is a lot of paper work that cops are required to do. Even when nothing criminal is happening they are usually required to write a report. If they don’t get your name that can’t exactly write their reports correctly. Their reports are reviewed and part of their performance reviews. So they are stuck and instead of management giving them options so they don’t violate people’s rights they leave it up to the cops in the field to get it done
Like I say you can't expect them to do any better then this. They are all corrupt because they were taught by corrupt cops.
Rember Cops can lie make her pay all of the law suit. Not the State.
