3. I live in colorado springs but from Mingo Wva there is a charge DUI for weed but i dont know how they apply it we normally hear of events like this but i never heard of this event. or saw anything on it.

5. I watched you unedited version. Although he did resist, it didn't warrant what they did to him. And all over a license plate that he actually had. It's a shame that cops are so arrogant and disgusting

7. Wow, that cop that was hitting him has severe anger and Control issues. He punched the driver at Least 15 times not to mention the knee to the drivers face which sent the driver backwards into the car where he gets beaten. Later in the video you see the cop who was punching the driver with only 1 glove on. Why? Is he destroying evidence? So when the photograph the cops hands it looks fine because he had Padded gloves on! This is so sad to see but happy all was recorded so the cop can be punished and Sued Personally. I’d sue the officer first then sue the department for everything. That cop should be working for this driver for the rest of his life. This was unnecessary and NEVER should happen for a simple plate violation and an assumption he was DUI! Not to mention, was he smoking pot or was the passenger? Blood tests and urine tests are faulty, I can smoke at night but tomorrow have it in my blood and urine so there’s no way to truly say if he just smoked! My blood and urine will be positive for a minimum of a week from a single use and you’re not high the next day! Or even 12hrs later!

27. unless the civil rights attorneys in your country, same as mine, aren't really interested in constitutionality of cases but rather the money you make from these cases, you guys would take these cases pro bono, with a clause seeking refunds if the case is won. Personally, I think doctors and lawyers should only get paid like everyone else if the job is done correctly
