How a serial killer’s reign of terror continued for decades after a little girl’s murder

Seven-year-old Kendra Page left her Austin, Texas, home to go on a bike ride with a friend, but she was never seen alive again. Authorities pinned Raul Meza with her murder, but after spending only 11 years behind bars, he went free on good behavior. That good behavior hardly lasted because Meza continued to kill again and again over the next several decades.

  1. Why people think the likelihood of not doing something again is astounding. To make a conscious choice like to eat your favourite ice cream, watch your favourite movie or song. These desires are in innate just as theirs are and their desires. Theirs may not be ice cream, movies or music but other unsavoury and distasteful actions. People rarely do this kind of thing once. Especially if a very young person is involved.

  2. This SLIME should never have lived as long as he did… especially with freedom as well!!! Someone helps him out of being homeless and gives him a place to stay…how does this P.O.S. thank him? He KILLS him. This same story over and over just with different names and places…
