DJ was driving to the store to get feed for his numerous farm animals. He was driving his crappy little "farm car" that did not have a valid inspection sticker. He was pulled over for that reason by the Martinsburg (WV) Police Department. Instead of being issued a warning or citation for the inspection issue, within seconds he ended up being arrested. Despite having committed no crime, other than the inspection sticker violation, he ended up being taken to jail in handcuffs and charged for being a drug dealer. All charges were subsequently dropped. A lawsuit was filed.

  2. This is tyranny to the letter!!! Govt officals exerting their power in unjust and dishonest ways to come to a desirable outcome to exploit a citizen on behalf of the govt!!! Our founding fathers have a clear constitution as of how to deal with these types….Remember NO member of govt will ever admit to being tyrannical its up to the people to decide when enoughs is enough they can and love to exploit anyone on a case by case bases but let the masses stand together this type of BS will halt!!! when they come to the realization they are the problem but then theyd have to get a real job so its gonna take a reckoning… also nothing that dog says should be admissable in court to much can be left to interpretation!!!! But thats how they want it they thrive in grey areas!!!!

  3. Just man to man. Leave the little fake story ad read out of the Ad please. It only extends an inconvenience.

State what the product is. Its price. Where to get it.

Everything else comes across is condesending and like you think we have no idea how advertising is.

Dont treat us like morons that simple mass manipulation tactics will work on.

Be real with us. We are on the same side. If they make you do the add reads then put your foot down. Lying to us about some fake story about how this app that oays you "Got you out of a bind" is disingenuous imho

  4. Law enforcement has declared war on the American people, they are at war, and we the American people are there enemy, there are no good cops, just bad cops and cowards that stand by while bad cops do heinous things, they have declared war on the American people, is time we act accordingly

  5. Cops don’t care about lawsuits. They aren’t paying for it. Only when they have to pay out of their own pockets or their house and vehicle have a lien or taken by force and money coming out of their pension (if they even accumulated one depending on # of yrs on job), or deducted bi-weekly out of their paychecks until the money awarded is satisfied, nothing will ever change. As a matter of fact, it appears it’s getting worse every year.

  6. It’s criminal police officers as in this video that makes the public resentful towards all police officers unfortunately because there are some decent ones who actually have morals and integrity. The police departments have to seriously be extremely rigorous on who they hire. Qualified Immunity needs to be abolished or this will never end.

  7. A "typing mistake" is when you hit the 'w' key instead of the 'e' key. A "lie" isn't a typing mistake.

Why don't they just bring chicken legs with them, throw one in the car, and they'd be sure to get a 'hit' without coaxing the dog. It's really a sad day when the only thing positive that you can say about this case is, at least they didn't plant any drugs on him. Probably only because they didn't have any, though. That has happened many, many times. I can't even begin to imagine how screwed-up someone would have to be in order to knowingly send an innocent person to prison.
