  1. She’s walking in a parking lot. It’s not like she’s in the middle of the road. So is he going to accost every other person walking in the parking lot? He apparently has enough on his time to follow a lady around a public parking lot. 🤦‍♀️

  2. The stated reason, in this post, prosecutors don't pursue police crimes is they don't feel they can win the case. I know of no law anywhere that defines a prosecutors job as winning a case. Their job should be and is to present evidence to the judicial system that a crime or crimes were committed. Winning or losing a case is to be determined at the trial. Refusing to indict a person with privileged status when the gathered evidence indicates they committed a crime is blatant malpractice.

  3. She’s obviously all drugged up … the police were called for a reason, she was walking thru the traffic wandering around , she’s a NutJob. Defending this is just crazy , typical Democrats

  4. So why can't We Defend ourselves from Police Assualts?

Police say stay back and don't touch me…then they act funny when a Citizen says Stay back and don't touch me…bur the Cops don't care what the Citizen says…

  5. Man, idk, she is absolutely a nutty woman. But she didn't want to be at a hospital and that nurse was no more helpful than that rookie cop. If you have to force help, there is a blurry line where kindness is just fake, like that damn nurse. IDC if you don't cuss, some people do and those who may need help probably could still use the help, controlling isn't kindness. Fake smiling so called god fearing kindness, which amounts to a feeling a superiority and control over others. That nurse should be fired too. If you can't handle a patient, you can't do the job.

  6. 28 years old rookie telling his supervisor hes going to shut down his bodycam for his own interview is such a bad sight for the whole department or the police academy. He must have learned that habit at school or through his training officer in his department.

  7. Was that actual sheet music in her hand? Sure looks like it. She told no lie. She was harassed for walking two feet too far into the street, in broad daylight, in what looks to be a strip mall parking area. It's not as if it's a highway. A simple warning would suffice. In fact, when he mentions it she does move farther to the side. This is open and shut abuse of authority imho.

  8. The nosey couple that called the cops are the A-Holes that stared all this. Mind your business! If she ain’t bothering you, go about your day. Also, good on that Sergeant for not letting Hobbs turn off his body cam.

  9. This cop that punched the lady in the face she never be a cop again he probably beats his wife his dog and his kids when he doesn't get his way He's getting paid by the people he should have control of his actions and the people back in them up they should be ashamed

  10. Assaulting a handcuffed person with whom you have full control over is not justifiable in any legal system of any country.

Complete incompitent jury who never actually considered everything that took place from beginning to end.

The hour deliberation shows that quite clearly.

At least they fired this thug , but he'll be recycled on some other police force.
