I'd like to see something touch base on an officer intimidating a victim into not calling 911 when they are in danger. This recently happened to me. After I was assaulted in my home by someone with an EXTENSIVE history of domestic charges the officer chose only to threaten to arrest me as well if I called 911 again even though I told him I was feared for me, my wife, and our 3 year old son safety.
Do US🇺🇲 constitutional rights extend to noncitizens who are just visiting the US? I am just curious🙂

14:12 In addition to the efforts of going after the officers’ qualified immunity in cases like these, there should be additional efforts to go after District Attorneys who knowingly have a scenario with an illegal arrest and attempt to extort the victim with an offer of reduction to a fine, as was the case here. This type of hideous decision making needs to be rooted out of government, and fast.
