  1. I'd like to see something touch base on an officer intimidating a victim into not calling 911 when they are in danger. This recently happened to me. After I was assaulted in my home by someone with an EXTENSIVE history of domestic charges the officer chose only to threaten to arrest me as well if I called 911 again even though I told him I was feared for me, my wife, and our 3 year old son safety.

  2. 14:12 In addition to the efforts of going after the officers’ qualified immunity in cases like these, there should be additional efforts to go after District Attorneys who knowingly have a scenario with an illegal arrest and attempt to extort the victim with an offer of reduction to a fine, as was the case here. This type of hideous decision making needs to be rooted out of government, and fast.

  3. how is male and female in dodge ram……did what???? How can we need miranda rights, but remaining silent can be bad unless you say it b efore you do it? Makes no sense at all. How can you only have the right if you know certain hoops to do first, when you apply it by simply saying nothing. Ok, lets start with just saying I invoke all my constitutional rights. But wait, that is idiotic, when did I say i give them up lol?

  4. You can't force I'd without legal justification unless there's a crime you have no authority to I'd them so arresting for failure to I'd absentee of a crime gets thrown out when they go to court because the arrest is a violation of their writes

  5. Like always with police they see prey not people. Stand strong people I hope you sue. Even though it probably won't effect these tyrants it is all we can do for now. Maybe they will push us to far and we will stop thinking we have a just justice system.
