The tragic case of a missing college student in Texas has come to a somber conclusion after a four-month search. Caleb Harris, a 21-year-old student at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, was last seen near his apartment on March 4. Despite extensive efforts by family, friends, and law enforcement to locate him, Harris remained missing until a grim discovery was made on June 24. City workers conducting routine maintenance at the Perry Place wastewater lift station uncovered human remains inside a wastewater collection well, immediately alerting the Corpus Christi Police Department.

This week, authorities confirmed that the remains found in the wastewater well were indeed those of Caleb Harris. The Corpus Christi Police Department reported that the remains were in an advanced state of decomposition when discovered, though no apparent signs of trauma were observed. As the community grapples with this heartbreaking news, questions still linger about the circumstances surrounding Harris’s death. The cause of death remains undetermined, and his remains have been transported to the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office for further examination. This development brings a measure of closure to the search efforts, but also raises new questions about how the young student ended up in such an unlikely location.

If he was walking the dog and never returned home did anybody wonder “where’s the dog”!! Whoever got the dog knows what happened to him
Found inside a building with locked barbed wire fence, locked door. Would have needed a key. This is similar to Elisa Lam case. Someone or something put him in there.
Caleb fell into the storm drain & the phone kept going being pushed by the water. Sadly he died that early morning. With the medical examiner saying no foul play with his death, it’s clear he accidentally died while out exploring unknown places.
Have the remains actually been identified ??
This case really bothers me. Something so wrong here. 😢
Disengenuous of those promoting scenaro Caleb walked barefoot extensive distance, early morning dark, in response to "hookup" opportunity. Abomination to add to pain and suffering of family and friends by disclosing 20-year old Caleb's failing grades and failure to secure dream job.
Were the remains his? I haven't seen anything.
Q: IS THERE A TRAP DOOR UNDER THAT BRIDGE? Could low water expose it?
Something tells me this is going to end up being Caleb. Its too much of a coincidence. If its not, then hopefully it provides closure for another family or case.
I don't believe his accident was intentional. ❤😢
I read the news article and it said that it had already been searched several times. I’m really curious how it happened. Like is there a heavy flow on the ditch that carried him there? That being said, no it hasn’t been confirmed. I just hope his family get answers. His Momma’s smile is everything and she kept her smile through this.
He fell in the well?? The drainage ditch wasn't deep.
So we're not going to address the obvious question "Was this waste water well open or sealed"?
Omg poor😂lad so so sad
R.I.P💔😢🙏
Sounds like he fell. Poor guy. I feel for his family.
Noah Dewitt, from Oregon, shares a similar story to Caleb. Missing manhole covers are a huge problem around the world. The number of accidents/deaths of children, pets, adults is shocking.
Here cuz Kendal Rae
I bet it was a friend or family member put money on it
I dont think he ended up there on his own.
They don’t see obvious drugs ! The people Law and Order find commentary is a joke !
This is fishy
I have seen one clip by a psychic mediam. He was in a car with 3 ppl. Maybe abducted and killed.
If he was walking the puppy was the puppy found with him?
And where is the dog? I tought he was with a dog or not?
Why wasn’t that ditch the starting point?
Wow this is so sad 😢 does anyone know what happened to the dog?
This is just scary! Edit: But it does sound like an accident. As sad as it is I hope it was and no one harmed this young man.
Rest in peace Caleb Harris. 🙏
Probably someone smoking a joint and fell into the water treatment plant
What happened to the puppy?
Did they mention how far the distance was from the drainage ditch to the wastewater well?
Did the Uber eats driver get interviewed?
Look at that beautiful boy….
Please look in wells for Sebastian Rogers. As a psychic I have had a bad feeling.
Us psychics believe he went to go help someone in distress in the neighborhood, but those people were doing something illegal and therefore took him out because he witnessed something
Imagine thinking so little of human life that you dump someone in a sewer.
People saying it's not him and they don't know obviously, but come on. It's pretty easy for the ME to how long the corpse has been down for. So if there's no other missing people in the area, that and identification based on clothing or personal effects. It's most likely him.
