Bodycam footage shows an Arizona judge failing sobriety tests after being pulled over when a bystander reported her stumbling in a “Safeway” gas station before getting into her car. The video shows Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Cele Hancock initially denying being drunk before confessing to drinking a “couple of glasses of wine” before driving on March 19. Hancock reiterated she is just a normal person after informing officers of her judge status and stating she “f**ked up.” The judge pleaded guilty to a DUI misdemeanor and was sentenced to one day behind bars. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the wine-fueled incident.

  1. Silly handcock was a disgrace before she ever made it to the bench before. Her father swore her in. She had already been to AA and all kinds of other rehabs. Many times her head was too big for her and she went in and violated people's constitutional rights on a daily basis would show up and sit on the bench under the influence. That's Yavapai county and Yavapai county sheriff's department for you. That's the Justice you will get in Yavapai county.

  2. Cele Hancock is a lier and a habitual alcoholic with a far reaching reputation for being under the influence in public as well as sitting on the bench, she is a known hatter of men and has put men in jail as well as in prison because she was never kept under any control or under any supervision even after numerous complaints of her actions in court. She has continuously violated anyone's constitutional right with no regard to the law and if she judged over your DUI case, especially if you are a male you definitely were pur away, when it came to her DUI she was given a thousand dollar fine and time served, Thats Yavapai County, as crooked as the day is long, just like the sheriff's dept there.

  3. I've been before this judge I live in Prescott Arizona. What you should look into it is all mishandling of court cases. They've investigated her everything got swept into the rug. Her daddy was a judge too.

  4. Just like everyone else trying to poor me to the cops. Crying as if the officer would give her a pass. She yells at people every day for doing what she has done. Change this offense to a felony! These drunks are putting innocent peoples lives at risk. Unbelievable!

  5. She said she was a judge bc she wanted them to understand how serious a DUI is for her not bc she expected it o get out of the charge, it’s a bit ironic that citizens want her to be held to a higher standard and feel her punishment should be harsher than eveyone else’s but on the flip side feel she shouldn’t get preferential treatment, well you can’t get it both ways, if you want her to be treated the same then it should be the same not harsher.
