When the officers tried to get this woman to blow into the breathalyzer machine to check her blood alcohol, she kept asking for her attorney by refusing to blow into the machine
So many people don't understand that while they have a right to have an attorney present during any questioning/interviews, they do NOT have a right to an attorney present during booking.
Sad thing is this is someone's mom. What a shame.
