Bryan Kohberger returns to court in Idaho Thursday for a day of hearings in which his lawyers will ask that the indictment charging him with four murders be dismissed or the case sent back to a lower court for a preliminary hearing. One of the day’s hearings is open to the public while a second is closed. Kohberger faces the possibility of the death penalty if convicted of the murders of Maddie Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle nearly a year ago. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy spoke with two Idaho attorneys about Kohberger’s request and how the judge is likely to rule.

  1. I agree with the comment about the 2 serving girls and I cannot fathom the idea that such a horrific crime could be committed by one person there needs to be a lot more investigation God help Bryan if he is innocent 🙏🙏

  2. should Admendments change when biases exist?? Yes, it protects us all of our rights. esp in Colfax where many biases exist esp if you re more American then them with brown skin …Tell me about it.

  3. 6:05 – that not what the Law says though- that's only modernized jurisprudence. They wouldn't be "throwing anything out." It would simply be keeping the Prosecution held to the burdon we all agree they should be held to – BURDON BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.

  4. 0:19 – How is the prosecutions case so ironclad as to compare the defense burdon to climbing Everest? If that's true then agree to an open transparent Preliminary Hearing. If the evidence is that damning – then it should be no problem to let that happen right??

See how these people never makes any sense???

  5. Either kohberger starts telling the whole truth about not being the only person involved… Or they'll succeed in sticking it all on him. Everybody in this case needs to be brought to justice.

  6. Bryan has really aged. When he first entered the court in January, he was a youthful feisty young man, now he looks like an older male attorney.

  7. What is the motive here? Why were the friends sketchy ? There is a rabbit hole to this case, just need someone to dig more.

  8. This was a rage killing, Bryan was interested in one of these girls, and made contact only to find out that the two girls may have been lesbians. Both were killed in the same bed,
the others were killed because they came face to face with him!

  9. This case is definitely an odd one. The roommates not calling 911 is weird for one thing. I feel like Bryan must've had something to do with it. IDK. When is this trial going to start?
