It’s been one year since four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death inside a rental home near campus. The suspect in the grisly slayings is Bryan Kohberger, a doctoral student who was arrested just weeks after the murders. Right now, his attorneys are preparing to defend him against an apparent mountain of evidence. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber speaks with NewsNation national correspondent Brian Entin about the most critical clues in this case.

What Kaylee's family said about the judge's judgements favorite the defense. That's actually how it's supposed to be. Defendants are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. They don't even have to prove anything. The burden is all on the state who is accusing them. That's just part of how the system works.
Obviously, the only mistake the mass-murderer made was leaving the KA-BAR sheath under poor Madison's body. He probably only realized that the sheath was missing when he got back to his apartment. He was so nervous about this that he asked his dad to fly out and drive back with him.
Assumed dna we do not know if it is his or how they obtained it. They will not show them and by Idaho law they must show how and when they got it! Three other dna's, and they never checked them ? Very bad investigation ? Little weird, do you not know that, how do they not check all the other dna? 150 people the night before the murders at a party, and they only got 3 unknown dna's and bryans , come on we were not born yesterday, he did not turn his phone off? He did late night drives. He never stalked them it was stated by the prosecutor he stated it right out! So what do they have fabrications , peoples opinions, news media's narratives ?

Gag orders are ridiculous and unfair because it seems that only law enforcement and prosecutors are the ones who leak information in a narrative used to bias the medias coverage against their suspect knowing that they’ll never investigate the leak to discover themselves as the leakers.

I hope they use the fact that he had a survey posted of how to commit the perfect crime without getting caught or some BS like that and was asking people to fill it out. He was interacting with people online using a cartoon-ish photo of a man that looked like him while saying the weirdest crap about the murder. He was in a Facebook group that I was also in… hiding under a weird profile doing that. Talking about the knife sheath etc… it was so odd when he got arrested and everyone in the group put two and two together that it was him. I have ZERO doubts that BK is the murderer.
Yea, 100% something wrong with this case. One scrawny nerd goes through a 3 story house and kills four people without a scratch on him? Have you seen a navy seal go through a fight without a scratch on him? This guy looks like he was eating croissants and cheese the day of.

It will be interesting to see the trial. There’s so much we still don’t know about this case. I have so many questions.
His demeanour is straight up American psycho vibes. An innocent person being accused of that crime wouldn’t have a creepy calm state of mind sitting there in the court room with literally no emotion. Cold hearted killer.
My idea- the killer lived in Moscow all his life & parents/he are well known in town. The killer probably a student at UI years ago, but left to be US Marine. Spending time in Afghanistan/Iraq when he first got the appetit for killing.

police bodycams show Coldburger is completely innocent. They show that Moscow Police dept and Idaho State Police are killers, yes 4 MPD/at least 1 ISP in uniform with badges on conspired with sororities & fraternities to take the lives of these 'DEFENSELESS" students.
