The lawyer representing the family of one of the University of Idaho students murdered last fall details how the prosecution settled on seeking the death penalty for Bryan Kohberger. Shanon Gray, who represents Kaylee Goncalves’ family, also sheds light on the family’s reaction to the demolition of the students’ off-campus home on King Road. The death penalty is unethical like a murder. Both cause death. In Germany is was cancelled forever after World War 2 for good reasons. Last time it took place was in Nazi Germany. Now it is against our democratic constitution. We are very lucky.
If they're killed someone, life w/o parole, if they killed someone maliciously, death row, and if they killed more than 1, death and not 2yrs down the road, instant death that week. These killers should die the same way they killed. An stop allowing these killers to end up in mental institution facilities. Like the Schabuisness case, killing and dismembering her bf.. she will live till she dies of old age, that state needs to change their laws. These states should all allow the death penalties.

Ok, destroying the crime scene before the trial. That's a defense attorney's dream come true. Especially in this case. Essentially allowing to destroy evidence. The court needs to put a stop to this immediately
I've been waiting for this trial I don't listen to the media very often if they're going to express guilty or not guilty. I will now go look at pre-trial testimony that allow the state to go on with this prostitution.
The last thing I recall is one of the young ladies living in the house lied, said she saw her nothing. It wasn't until the defendant's photo was all over the news oh, she had a description and a sudden Awakening. She saw the murderer. But was it him let's wait for the trial. Am I correct zero DNA.
It was a party house was it possible he was ever there and 100%.
Lesson learned here young ladies watch what you post online. If it wasn't him, it could be someone else in different circumstances. Lots of nut jobs in the country. And there's lots of narcissus online that like to post photos of themselves that they really should not

The house needs to be persevered. If I was a juror I would find it hard to understand how 1 man killed 4 people without any other part waking up, and so quickly so it is a major key for prosecution.

Anyone who says the house being intact until trial doesn’t help at all really doesn’t know how it works. Even if they claim to have gathered it all, doing a walk in is VERY important.
I mean, it's quite suspicious that instead of his counsel (and himself) being upset that he's been wrongfully accused of this heinous crime and declaring his innocence profusely and demanding to be freed……they are asking how law enforcement knew to even consider him as a suspect and digging for training records of officers. That house needs to be there until the trial is done. The jury needs to see. They did it with the Murdaugh trial and the Parkland shooter trial, it should be done with this one too. Once it's gone it's gone forever.
