The off-campus home where four University of Idaho students were murdered was demolished on December 28 ahead of their suspected killer’s trial. Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were brutally stabbed to death in the early hours of November 13, 2022.

  1. What happened?.. there just demolishing a house with a depressing song in the background.. i understand its a murder house but no story?

  2. I am amazed at how cheap and flimsy that house was built. There is no way that in Europe a house construction authorization would have been issued for such a matchbox house.

  3. Wasn’t done for hiding evidence, hiding the truth doing in the dark of night. What horrible people did that I blame the university of course the guy that own the building when he was young he’s got to be involved. The whole state of Idaho looks terrible. Everybody should move out of Moscow. It’s a corrupt city, full of corrupt police politicians everything get out of there even empty, leave it the ghost counter is soles of those poor babies may they rest in peace

  4. Destroying evidence in a death penalty case is completely insane. If the university believed this was the right thing to do they wouldn’t have done so in the middle of the night. This was extremely shortsighted and selfish. They obviously have little concern in justice for the victims and their families and better pray that they have the one and only person that did this horrible thing.

  5. I bet the detectives have evidence we dont know about that will 100% convict him. We dont know what they have but being so sure that they demolish the house is a good sign they do.

  6. the irony of the University trying to ward off a bad reputation by destroying a house that potentially holds justice within its walls is astounding and sad.

  7. Here in France before a trial the defendant must go to the crime scene with the police and judge to perform a reconstitution/re-enactment

  8. Just for context this changes nothing BK will still be found guilty and when the guilty verdict is read he will cry and justice will be served prisons gonna love him

  9. The DA has allowed the trial to be pushed back for MONTHS and, in doing so, allowed for the literal crime scene to be destroyed. GROSS INCOMPETENCE. Throw the charges out already and woe to anybody whose life is in the balance/at the mercy of Idaho's justice system. Absolute clowns. Open and shut case and theyve already lost. Unbelievable.

  10. I believe everyone that fought to demolish this crime scene for whatever reasons they think was best, will get karma. The universe will not turn a blind eye to this.

  11. Am I the only 1 confused & disturbed as to why this couldn't have waited til after the trial? I mean that's the LITERAL crime scene? Is that not destruction of evidence? Aside from the fact I think it would've been beneficial for jury to see it for reference especially when it comes to how close each room was to each other? How he entered? the proximity of the surviving room mates to the "intruder"? Just to name a few. I get this wants to be forgotten but feels like it could end up being an injustice to the vicitims simply because the school no longer wanted that "situation' linked with the school. And by any means necessary is trying to do so…..I get wanting it destroyed, but could have it not have waited tl after trial? Til after they've ACTUALLY gotten justice?😢

  12. I'm sure they got all the Evidence out of the house….
Hopefully a Park with a Memorial in Honor of the 4 lives lost, will take the place of that house…😢❤

  13. This is so sad and the fact it was done in the dark… disturbing. I truly hope this decision doesn’t come back to haunt those that made it. RIP sweet humans taken far too soon.
