  1. Don't, talk, to, the, police. You don't answer to them, you don't owe them an explanation, you have a right to remain silent, use it!

  2. We used to travel to the USA from Canada for vacations, but will never again, driving in the US has become high risk, even though I have never taken any sort of illegal drugs . You may say these are isolated events, but there is definitely a trend here, so I will spend my money and vacations everywhere but the US.

  3. Everytime you leave your home in the United States you are in grave danger of being kidnapped , killed or extorted not by criminals but by the police.

  4. What a douche bag of a cop who thinks he's a doctor too.
She was full of joy and he destroyed that and made her cry.
How does this douche bag live with himself?

  5. People stop talking to police. These guys are employed to ruin, destroy and upend your life. People the law allows you to say..

I dont answer questions. I will remain silent. It cost if you speak to a grade 10 drop out.

  6. She driving a WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee which has DRLs that stay on and can "seem like" the lights are on because of how bright they are. If the dial is on O position not A or manually turned on they will not turn on automatically.

This fools some Jeep drivers as I've seen it first hand as an owner of the same vehicle and have told may other drivers too.

  7. When I was a cop, at some point we (or I) stopped using "bloodshot, watery or red eyes" as evidence someone is under the influence for obvious reasons. It can easily be argued that they are tired, crying, dry eyes, etc…..not worth it. Now, eye nystagmus tests are hard to refute (but I also asked if they had any head, face or eye injuries before performing them)

  8. Big mistake talking to the police. Tell them it is none of their business where you come from or where you are going. Tell them that you do not consent to a search and you are not going to participate in their monkey antics along side of the road. They are gathering evidence for their "investigation". Everything she says and does he tries to turn it against her. He even has himself convinced that she is a hazard to society.

  9. John, this deputy Barney FIFE, was pulling sh*t out of his ass, trying to get her on SOMETHING, you could tell he was a newbie, and wet behind the ears……that was pathetic!!!

  10. I don't think this woman has ever hated anything in her life, but I can assure you that a lifelong cop hater was born this day.
    Cops are sadist.

  11. She is very focused and very polite, there was no need of the fine officer to do any of this, I think all officers should be re-evaluated

  12. What right do the police have to ask about what prescription’s your on it’s just giving them evidence to use against you to say that’s why you’re impaired when you’re not. Also they do not have any type of medical degree to perform medical test that are done at your doctors in a calm setting.

  13. "How long was that?"

Idiot, you told me to estimate 30 seconds. How long do you think I think it was??

"How did you get to 30 seconds?"

    Bruh…

  14. It seems like once they decide to give you the DUI TESTS
YOU are already guilty. It happened to me and the State Trooper lied, telling me to count to myself, adding Mississippi ❤
Then he said I took way to long.

  15. She will forever not trust cops. This DWI Is a big time scam. The worst part is the time spent proving once innocence.

  16. I disagree with one thing you said (well one word actually), at one point you said "It's too bad that this woman had to go through this" the word I hate in this statement is "had", the reason she DIDN'T have to go through this, she went through this because the police are incentivised to write tickets abd arrest the very citizens that they are employed to "serve and protect" rather than actually serving and protecting.

  17. It's imperative for law enforcement to be educated about prescription medication. Misunderstandings can lead to such unfortunate incidents.

  18. Any fool would be able to tell, she was just one of those happy personalities who tells the truth. Everything the lady said was very logical and reasonable. She obviously trusts the police, she was very cooperative. Now the very nice lady hates the cops well done officer, his captain said if he keeps up the fine work, he will have a long and illustrious career in law enforcement.
