   Firstly, there are no tears to wipe away and secondly, is she upset because a) her poor excuse of mothering and being a positive role model to her son is now being published to the world, b) because she feels like she’s trying to do the right thing by Rohan or c) is she actually able to see her poor parenting skills??
   Seriously shame on you!!!

   Is Tim really writing notes here!! Does he think anything he has to say will excuse this deplorable inhumane behaviour?? Even if he is given jail time he won’t even come close to experiencing what Rohan is/has experienced. He will have lights, a proper toilet, interaction with others, money from family to boost his diet with commissary and so much more. Shame on him and his wife. She sits there watching probably commending herself for not yelling at him but she still partakes in this so called “ discipline “ by continually locking the door behind her. What great role models these two are!! I’m sure it will even affect their own biological younger children when they get to an age where they understand what their parents have done. What a knock on effect this will have.

4. Anyone ever say what we are missing not seeing the video. Cause just the audio, most of this isn't legible in whats happening. Other than rude talk and locking a door.

5. Are the people in the courtroom watch video or just listening to the audio?

8. These "people" actually think that locking a young teen in an 8×8 cell with no contact, limited water, a fu*kin bucket and a book, is humane ???? It's inhumane, horrible, absolutely criminal 😡

10. Why were so many things not talked about in court?him having zero privacy in itself is horrible,the family left him for events in his box,what if the house catsches fire?? tim used a belt and jumprope on him??the ankle brace??
    This is nothing else but abuse in every way!
    Not once do they show emotion or empathy whatsoever,for a moment it looked like tim hang his head in shame,but no,my mistake,he hang his head to write something……i hope for at least 30 years in jail for both!!!!

12. I am SO glad this young guy still had enough spirit left to find the strength to leave the home. Otherwise I fear this situation could well have been the end of him.

17. This child was treated worse than a grown adult.. in shackles! He didn’t need physical chains.. he’ll.. he was mentally unstable, pain and probably sick to his stomach..

20. Unbelievable.. I know the child acted bad. Did many wrong things.. but two wrongs don’t make a right.. If you treat a dog bad, the dog will get tired of being mistreated, and may end up bitting you..

23. I am totally flabbergasted that this trial includes facts that originate from another state (Arizona) or another person (the mother)?!
    Do you think it normal to not include the mother as a defendant in this trial, but still include evidence of her in the trial?

28. What’s scary is that they were probably watching and hearing Ronan while he was screaming and did nothing to intervene or de-escalate the situation. I would bet that they had the same blank expressions on their faces. Absolute monsters. That poor child.

32. The parents really try to argue that a simple announcement prank in the school against the sister is an excuse to put the son in a cage. What kind of parents are those.

36. He was denied a relationship with his siblings too. He never played with his little brother. I wonder if they are letting the siblings interact with each other now ?

37. Somebody is going to write a book about this story using the video evidence and the testimony of the victim and siblings.

38. Mom better take a plea and throw herself on the mercy of the court. She might get more time than the dad. The boy wanted to feel the love and acceptance the rest of the family got. Thats why he acted out. He started screaming right after his encounter with the mom scolding him for his bad attitude towards her.
    Mom: Why you angry and mad ?
    Son: Because you treat me like this but Im not allowed to say so.
