13. He got caught with boots on the ground, regular police work, though DNA did help.
    He repeated his actions over and over, so he was going to get arrested sooner or later. He certainly did not look dangerous, that probably helped him ìn meeting hitchhiking teenagers and running under the policy's radar for a while. There was a victim recently identified who was found as some bones, not an entire skeleton even. He liked to revisit his victims and rebury them. Such a strange obsession, I think Dahmer was similar.
    Ridgeway is in Walla Walla penitentiary, a maximum-security prison.
    The lead detective retired and put his name up as a candidate for governor of the state of Washington.
