  1. EDIT 2: Recently LackLuster created a video exposing some questionable tactics of IDC Chris. You can find that video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5b_SgcdPcY

Thanks for joining us! Be sure to like and subscribe for more police interaction content!
EDIT: By saying you "must" obey unlawful orders I am referring to reasonable orders whose lawfulness is debatable at the time. Obviously if an officer orders you to jump off of a bridge you do not have to obey that. Please exercise common sense when watching these videos and apply your own logic to whatever the videos are explaining.

  2. Yeah, usually right on but that sergeant doesn’t get an A+. I was convinced he was acting the same way as the female cop and all of a sudden he pulled a 360. He must’ve made a call after he shut his camera off or something. They both stunk.

  3. The 'you work for me' line is just wack. You can tell them your rights but dont be an arse bout it!
You can cooperate if the police are being nice.
If the po are being controlling and difficult then go ahead and do the same…i suppose!!!

  4. Officer Holland should have received an "F", for not doing a proper investigation, soliciting a'disorderly' charge and for attempting to still press the charge against Mr. Bederstead after she was told that what he was doing wasn't illegal.

  5. If you want to point out something that is "obnoxious and disrespectful," it's obnoxious and disrespectful to assert that many of the nursing home residents are "likely mentally unstable." Are elderly people likely mentally unstable? Your grandmother must love having you visit. Enjoy getting older, sir.

  6. C- for soliciting a trespass and handcuffing a citizen minus a crime AND an A+ for a condescending sergeant who asked a kid where he got his law degree for knowing his rights. Wow. I wish I had you as my professor at Law School

  7. I feel like first amendment auditors are just desperate for attention. Ig I understand why they do it but like just don't waste public and police resources by wanting attention or being annoying to others and causing a disturbance to a damn nursing home of all places.

  8. Im sorry an A+ ???? He instantly took the other officers side, and belittled the victim and his knowledge of the law "where did you get your law degree" he definately wasnt professional until the very end. I usually agree with your ratings, but this one was off for me

  9. this is a prime example, as to why police no longer want to share their video, as it's being used to train the public. Nothing weirder, as a police officer, to see your failure to protect peoples rights, used in a training video, on youtube.
