7. The prosecution is worthless.. defense harps on Maddie not dropping her phone or vape … but the defendant was pushed down and never dropped his knife!. He never presented the knife to warn that he was feeling like he had to defend himself that a fist fight was now a knife fight? People say I don't remember then he makes them agree to the video. It's easy to go frame by frame but thats not memory works it's not forensic the defense attorney basically testifies and they never object

8. My damn ADHD has me now hyper-focusing on EVERY single time the defense attorney says "umm" during questioning.

24. Prosecutor is terrible. The prosecutor has spent less than half the time cross examining each witness. The court was having to hold his hand while working on the phrasing for the motion with the wife. It feels like SUCH an uneven match that it was almost deliberate. Like the prosecution was meant to fail.

If you approach a group of people and start shoving and getting physical guess what you are the aggresor

29. Worse part of all this crap, injured teens, one DEAD, and this guy is dressed to escape law enforcement, with hat, shirt change, sunglasses, etc.

30. I get very nervous around loud people partying. The mob mentality is always off the chart when people are intoxicated and in large numbers. But the whole interaction is weird. It feels like a Twilight Zone. Or The Lottery by Shirley Jackson. I feel really bad for Isaac's family.

And everyone needs to keep in mind that the teenagers weren’t even really involved in the physical altercation and it was mainly the crisis group that was involved because the defendant attacked a female from their group. And even after that they didn’t beat the guy up it was never 13 versus one because most of the people out there were just standing and watching they weren’t involved in the actual physical part. And none of them still jumped and nobody you never see one time in the video where there’s two or three guys pounding on him with their fist. The worst that happened to him when he got pushed, after the initial punch from Dante when he was defending the run. He got punched in the slot by Dante initially because he hit the girl and Dante didn’t get excessive he didn’t keep swinging on him he didn’t stomp him out as he was laying in the water. He basically Defended the girl really quick and stop he didn’t get excessive. Everything after that he was basically getting pushed back and told to leave and he still wouldn’t he was trying to advance towards people and attacking him with his knife and that’s why you see people pushing him back no one is punching and he never see someone punch him or hurt him he had no scratches on him at all

32. the kids weren't kids they were in their 20s. So that being said they think they some tough stuff, that's their attitude. they were wrong harrassing him and pushing him and shoving him and hitting him. lm sorry, they need to be held accountable for what they did too

33. The girl was holding his lost phone up and he went to get it and that's when they started to continue to harrass him. I tell you what, If that was me and I had a group of drunk young people harrassing me and pushing me down and slepping me I would be scared for my life. It's only me against them. I think he was using self defence and I would be scared

41. Here are the points that stand out to me, and raise questions. Miu said he was looking for a lost phone, and needed the snorkel to do that. How would it have gotten over to the other side of the river, which was over 100 feet wide, and very shallow at that point? Second, the video shows he DID return to the teens, charging and grabbing at two of them. And they are floating downriver, he walked downriver. Continuing to float does not constitute “following” him. Third, the video shows the group in a semicircle in front of him. He could have backed off and then walked away. Lastly, he did not choose to tell the police he was involved in a violent interaction, and that he was “forced” to use a knife on multiple people, in “self defense”, to get away. I have trouble reconciling these issues to anything that says self defense.
