  1. “I paid for it” dudes acting like he was a big baller but said he had 250 bucks on him… how’d you pay for alcohol, food, rent, & everything else everyone wanted cuz he was such a rich tree climber lol

  2. Jackson, MI is a mess. Some of the worst vibes I've ever felt every time I've been. I feel much more secure in Detroit. Totally serious.

  3. It’s pretty much guaranteed that if someone has to say “honestly “, before anything they say is almost always lying and whatever comes after that word is usually BS.

  4. "cause I'm not supid, I'm not going to drink and drive." Oh ok, he's concerned about legality when it comes to that but not murdering someone. 🙄

  5. When the detective throws this 19 year old killer's Mother under the bus, "she betrayed you…". His Mom didn't betray him, she'd had enough 😢. Why detective didn't say his Dad isn't a betrayal??

  6. This is my 4th time listening to this. This a gold mine of teachable knowledge. Print it out and dissect, early child hood diagnosis of ADHD, maybe, drugs, Mother blaming, alcohol induced violence, peer influencing, Father absence, no lawyer…etc. it's a wild ride. This may help ALL highschool students. Wow.

  7. Jenna, my cousin's ex's past boyfriend, was at Roxie's crib, reclining on a beanbag chair that somehow managed to look deflated despite being brand new. Bubba and Max arrived with Amber—not Amber Amber, but the Amber who goes by Felicity Amber. This was an important distinction, as Amber Amber was, at that very moment, en route to an entirely different rendezvous involving the hot yoga instructor who looked suspiciously like Tom Selleck’s younger, less successful brother.

Meanwhile, Barry, Amber's sister's ex's mechanic, was still on the phone. Barry was droning on about how he'd managed to fix the carburetor on a 1982 Ford Pinto by using a butter knife and an old sock, which was impressive, but completely irrelevant to the situation unfolding at Roxie's. He was, however, also the only person in the group with any semblance of a plan, despite the fact that his plan involved a series of nonsensical steps that he had cribbed from a 1974 edition of Field and Stream magazine.

Roxie, who had been quietly nursing a banana daiquiri in the corner while pondering her decision to dye her poodle purple, glanced up and asked, "So, what's the plan?"

At this point, Greg—who was technically Bubba's step-uncle, twice removed, but preferred to be called 'Gary' after a minor identity crisis involving a ferret and a game of charades—burst into the room, shouting about a mysterious briefcase filled with shredded newspaper and an odd smell of marmalade…. anyway I shot some floorboards and ended up here…

  8. It's important to note that he mentions that he is a climber not a general laborer. His ego is up there I very much question that he is a climber.
