After the fatal shooting of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, cast and crew members who were present on the movie set were brought in for questioning. Alec Baldwin, who is accused of firing the gun that killed Hutchins, appeared distraught after the incident and even broke down when he learned Hutchins died. Actor Jensen Ackles detailed his recollection of events leading up to the shooting, stating he was shocked live rounds ended up on set. Baldwin’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, gave her side of the story. Gutierrez-Reed stood trial and was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in Hutchins’ death. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber breaks down key moments from their interrogations.

jeNSEN?
Wasn't expecting to see jensen in the case!
not him being an actor but not looking shocked at all
I feel like possibly someone, Hanna, might've set him up since they were supposedly mad about how he was running the set and possibly wanted to cut him down for size. FOR WHAT REASON WOULD YOU HAVE TO BRING LIVE ROUNDS TO A SET???
Alec Baldwin- we been trying to tell people that guns kill people! This one just used and manipulated my hand into holding it when it shot that lady and guy.
Hannah is at FAult the Most! She looks like a Drunk with that Hair and admitted that week that she HAD Been Drunk. So, the armorer was easy not to NOTICE it was LOADED!
Instead of wasting all this money on trial seeing if this man is going to be put in prison for a accident what they should have done is had him pay out millions to the family and everybody move on with their lives
It is shocking to see how many of you animals are savoring the downfall of somebody who was involved in a tragic accident.
Oh cool Jensen is in this vid for like 3 mins, all I wanted to see. I could listen to that man speak forever.
It's 100% the armorer's fault. She hands out the prop guns and in charge of making sure there are no live rounds in there. Why were there live rounds in a prop gun or in the set anyway??
Anyone who doesn't like Alec or has some sort of political opinion on him should shut the f*ck up when it comes to their opinion on this. I have no opinion on the guy. I think if there's such thing as something lesser than involuntary manslaughter due to him aiming the gun at cast members during rehearsal BUT this being the armorers fault that makes sense. Involuntary manslaughter is knowing something could kill someone and recklessly doing so. But obviously on set the gun is NEVER to be loaded with something capable of killing. I don't think he deserves the jail time tied with involuntary manslaughter, it just makes no sense.
Jenson Ackles? Wth how has the news never mentioned him until now.
How does him playing with the gun matter if he thought it was a prop and not a real gun. This case is so sick to me
Also I don’t get how this is the actors fault
Whoa Jensen was involved in this
Bro Jensen Ackles cameo appearance really caught me off guard
Tek knight and soldier boy in one video
Prop guns shouldn’t even be allowed or even able to fire real bullets. Wtf makes it a prop gun now. Are all guns prop guns as long as you don’t put bullets in it?
Total laugh how much they try to push the blame on the actor. Complete waste of time to listen to anyone who does that.
Ever hear of Brandon Lee…?🤦♂️
Whoever made this vid, dont know law lol. Imagine someone straps a grenade to your kids cap gun, think the kids responsible or the mfer with a grenade around kids 😂
It’s the girls with the purple hair’s fault! She was probably stoned during the time it happened and brought live rounds.
Dean Winchester was going undercover to find the Colt.
ANY time you are handed a weapon, whether you are expecting it to have blanks or not, you check.
This sounds like a case for the winchesters ! as a supernatural fan it is unusual seeing dean be intterogatted on the other side especially without sam his brother !!!
the real bullet with gun is supposed for jensen ackles as villain in that rust movie, that was scary, imagine, If there is real psycho is in the set, maybe miss hutchins knew that gun sitatution without knowing who is behind of her death, she is took the real bullet to protected jensen ackles from harm
I thought someone greenscreened Jensen Ackles in as a meme. Had no clue he was involved in this whole mess
I was at a convention recently in a woman was upset because Jensen would not autograph her gun. She was told that he doesn't like guns, and it's because of this situation so you know this definitely affected him.
I’d be interested in knowing how long he had to “change and come back for questioning” you don’t think he consulted a lawyer beforehand? Or anyone else for that matter? The whole interrogation sounded more like him prosecuting the handler for them. He was coached
I never thought that jensen ackles is make involved in that rust movie, that was very sad, he is really cool dude with flawless acting, I hope he is okay and well
It's fascinating, too, because I know he won't speak about it for years and years, maybe *ever*, but Ackles spent more than a decade on a set where he used firearms on night shoots *constantly*. He knows how to manage guns on set. I'd be very very interested to hear his thoughts about all of this as time goes on.
Why was woman hired on an important position?
I've acted (obviously on a MUCH smaller scale) for several years and no matter what happened or who is to blame, I can't imagine how it must feel to harm a costar or crewmate sooo severely, even on accident. Wishing easy rest and easy healing to Hutchins and her family.
Rip to her but is yall saying its his fault ? He didnt know it was loaded 🤷 for example lets say the same thing happened to ryan renolds in deadpool 3 and he offed hugh jackmen would yall blame the person who designed the weapon? Or the actor who used a prop gun which was mistakenly loaded with real bullets?
I live in New Mexico, and the story kept changing the first few days.
Why is Alec talking to them without a lawyer?
25:27 jensen ackles clip
Alec got away with it because he's got money and influence
FYI, the trial was dismissed, so Alec Baldwin walks free and clear, for now, as the prosecution is challenging the dismissal.
