  1. Joey was a very handsome young man . He must’ve been a very nice man because of all the friends he had . It’s a shame that we’ll never know the truth at why they killed him . I think it was because they wanted to have sex with him and he said no . Just my opinion ppl . Whatever the reason doesn’t justify them killing this young man . I just seen the New York Homicide show the other night . To bad he didn’t leave when the girls left . I feel so bad for both his parents and sister but mainly for his dad he’s so heart broken . But like he said at the end of that show He’ll see him again .

  2. I. KNEW. I COULD COUNT ON TRUE CRIME. TO HERE THE STORY. THIS IS JUST HEARTBREAKING. MAYBE. IF THEY START. DOING. THIS TO THE PEOPLE. THAT DO STUFF TO. OTHER PEOPLE. CRIME WOULD. GO DOWN. MAYBE EVEN STOP. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH. THIS FAMILY.

  3. Somebody tell me what Max Gemma had to do with his case. I thought there were only two other men in the apartment Lawrence and James. And what exactly did they kill him over for sexual advances or ciagrettes..

  4. If that woman “lawyer” thinks that any reasonable jury is going to let an accomplice to a brutal second degree murder walk off because the investigators referred to his red shirt as long sleeve, she has a questionable judgment (I.e she’s a moron)

  5. Is this defense attorney 5-years-old?? A “short-sleeved red shirt?” You mean as if, a person wearing a long-sleeved red shirt pushed their sleeves up? GTFOH!!

Off by one number? If this is all they have, Pat, Joey’s father, has nothing to worry about IMO. I’ve seen things thrown out, but when it doesn’t change the basic facts of the murder or evidence, they will not prevail. R.I.P. Joey 😥

  6. I hope the father wins his lawsuit against the owners of the building where his son was murdered. It should be impossible to throw a grown mans body out of a window, especially in NYC (the city that never sleeps), without someone hearing or seeing something. Nosey neighbors can at times be a pain, but I’d rather live near people who I can rely on to show a measure of concern when unusual sounds can be heard coming from a place, or adult sized objects are seen falling out of windows.

  7. I truly wish God had not made humans so horribly flawed. Someone told me we couldn’t see the light without the darkness. I am so truly sorry for the loss of this mans son. That young man didn’t deserve this.

  8. That is so sad how they did him but that goes to show you that even men get jealous of other men my heart goes out to his father I feel so bad and it is very true your friends are not your friends at times they be your biggest enemies smiling in your face wolf in sheep's clothing

  9. The red headed lady is there to tell the public of what and how the defense lawyers may argue over the street address and red shirt….she is not for the criminals..she brought in a good argument we the public need to see as what could happen if the criminal lawyers use this defense and that of trying them together or separately….she made some good points….the program put her there for that reason..thank you
