  1. How stupid can you be to flip the bird knowing you have no plates on your truck! And to answer John's question, in CA both front and back plates are required. However they rarely enforce the front plate missing, but this guy was missing BOTH!

  2. That cop got lit up by the bird and ran amok. According to Google, CA does require front and rear plates. Still does not justify what the cop did, but it is going to be hard to prove.

  3. They do need front and rear plates in California. Don't give yhe cops an excuse to pull you over if you're going to flip them the bird. They make up enough shit on their own.

  4. This is an illegal stop! This thug cop said he stopped this guy for no license plates but how could he see that as he passed him in the opposite side of the roadway! This accusation is a backup charge for this jack boot thug cop to use instead of the driver flipping him the bird!

  5. Yo the driver is charging the male civilian that helped the officer. What's your thoughts on that? Think it will go through/ damage the case against the cop?

  6. If by flipping the bird you mean selling a kilo, no, it's illegal. It is legal to flip birds that are on your cooktop to evenly cook on both sides.

  7. No matter what the reason for the stop; what an excessive use of force for a guy exiting his car in a non threatening manner in a parking lot. And Karen go home!

  8. CA requires front license plates, but I doubt a missing front would be enough for the officer to flip the car around, considering there are other neighboring states that only require the rear plate, like AZ. Just have to remember to never get physical with the cops; they have guns, and backup, so that never ends well for most people.

  9. Sooooo…..then why did I get arrested yesterday for flipping a cop off. And yes it's on video….he openly admitted it on video that it was only because I flipped him off…."disorderly conduct" he said

  10. I agree about the first amendment right to flip the bird, however, after watching all of your videos over 60% of the people were stupidly poking the bear. You have a right to poke the bear but you may get torn to shreds with legal fees and damage to your person and your reputation. Is it really worth it? I agree with your statement the parking lot is not the place to challenge constitutional legality of the police officers' actions. when confronted by the police stop talking and don't agree to a search but quit antagonizing the police they are going to double down and this gets you nowhere but hurt.

  11. Dude wanted to play The sovereign citizen game and lost. If you're going to flip off the cops make sure there's nothing else they can arrest you for first.

  12. You have the trucks mixed up. The truck he pulled behind was already in the left turn lane stopped and waiting for the traffic to clear so he could turn left.
