Cops CANNOT force a person to talk. Lawsuit AGAIN against these UNTRAINED wannabees in uniform.
I mean he could arrest him if he really had a video of him driving. Whats the obstruction for, hell whats the the statement for?
The cop sounds like a dumb dumb
the biggest injustice here is is wife bro damn
How is staying silent lying 🤥 How did he falsified the report ??
Is reckless driving an arrestable offense? Thats what the cop told the wife he was being arrested for
I'm not answering any questions
Immediate constitutional right violation by arresting him. Insane 😡
Did this fool actually spin so many donuts that he got his own car caught on fire? 🔥
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I don’t agree that the fifth amendment only applies when there is custody. There is nothing in the amendment that limits it being in custody. If the police want to “chat” with me, I can invoke my fifth amendment right and not talk to them.
Maga
You know what happens when a cop hears the word donuts? he gets hungry! LOL!
Cops reading comprehension doesn’t allow him to understand the right to remain silent.
Don't ever explain yourself or try and prove your innocence to a police officer. They're not your friends. And your lawyer will thank you.
So is he still entitled to a lawsuit for violation of his 5th amendment rights?
but POLICE LOVE DONUTS !!
I thought the title of the video was about these kind of Doughnut’s 🍩 🤣
I am not an attorney but I don't think it's in your best interest to remain completely silent from the beginning.
IMO, you need to say "I am exercising my constitutional right under the 5th amendment to remain silent" then don''t say another word.
I read about a case where a man was speaking freely during a police interrogation then stopped talking when the interrogation began to implicate him in the crime. His refusal to speak at that point in the interrogation was used in court as evidence of his guilt and higher courts agreed his silence at that point was not protected by the 5th amendment.
Private property who called 911? good Sam? owner of property? Owner of a Lonely Heart?
What a creep. These cops really can't stand for people not to bow to their authority.
"EVERYBODY GOES TO JAIL!! YAY!!! LETS PUT EVERYBODY IN JAIL!!!" Most police are a fn joke.
9:33 hard to articulate reckless in a parking lot because in Florida the statue requires 2 or more moving violations simultaneously, but culpable negligence would be easy to articulate.
Regardless the passenger has reason to file a lawsuit and should be an easy one for the court to decide. 🤑🤑🤑🤑
7:00 this is true in Florida but pertaining to being suspected of a crime or if they smell the odor of cannabis (now everyone is detained), or a burglary suspect vehicle. But as far as traffic violations, crashes, the passenger was always free to leave and does not have to provide ID. Unless something has changed since I left towards the end of 2019.
3:50 the literal definition of coercion. And the cop lied in the process. 😆🤡
"the wife"???????????? so disrespectful!
Man gets arrested on video
"Let's analyze the video and see if you can get arrested."
arrested for asking for an attorney? wtf is this cop on? lol cop got his feelings hurt and said he was "lying". tiny egos man.
3:45 an illegal alien has an attorney on retainer; is this a govt funded attorney
Even if they were doing donuts, is that against the law? If that is why the vehicle caught on fire, is that arrestable???
Look how eager people are to tell on you to the cops. People need to learn to mind their own business and STOP calling whine.1.1
Wait until it's your turn to be accosted by tyrants.
'I don't deal in liars'…
That's the most untrue statement of all time.
Pigs love donuts.
Always Attorney up and remain Silent. Miranda rights. Hire a professional Attorney before talking to police.
It's so sad and pathetic how this cop keeps going around saying he was lied to, sounds like a little girl with hurt feelings.
cops just make sh*t up because there is no accountability
Guy loses control of vehicle when transmissipn blows, cop makes up a story to secure an arrest and projects his lies on his victim. Sounds like policing alright.
