Two families whose loved ones were murdered in a house near the University of Idaho are stunned the school is moving forward with plans to demolish the house before the trial of Bryan Kohberger. Plans to raze the house have been halted once before but now a demolition is scheduled for December 28. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy spoke with attorney Shanon Gray who says the families of Kaylee Goncalves and Xana Kernodle are hoping public outcry will lead the school to postpone the demolition.

  1. And just like that… there goes any respect I could or should have for the University.. cruel to do on the holidays when trauma is fresh, too. Uni isn’t grieving I guess, gross move

  2. Its very fishy theyre doing this, when they dont have to. What was their reasoning? I havent heard. But, if it was my daughter, I'd have people surround that house and not let them tear it down. I don't know of ANYBODY that thinks this house should be torn down.

  3. Its 2023, I’m sure they have 3d scanned that house from too to bottom and have all the pics they need. I believe the lawyers have already been there so get rid of that murder house. It’s a stain on that community.

  4. Why the rush, @UniversityOfIdaho? What are you trying to accomplish? I beg you… for the love of God, keep the evidence = the house, until the trial is over!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  5. I've never heard of this being done before. In a capital murder case they always leave the crime scene intact. Even jeffrey dahmer, they had that apartment building intact until way after he was convicted and imprisoned

  6. I totally disagree with that house coming down prior to trial. I'll also say that many times innocent people are convicted guilty so they would also need to leave it app during appeals until all of them are exhausted. Which unfortunately could be many years

  7. I've been watching this case from Australia and the entire thing stinks of corruption.
I'd love to know what they're hiding.
