11. I don't believe John has been exonerated by Boulder police. This is what he is saying. Also, he is not privy to the case.

21. Sadly this case was so botched from the beginning that I highly doubt the Boulder PD has any concrete viable DNA for testing.

25. It makes absolutely so sense that an intruder would take the time to write a 3 page ransom note demanding the exact amount of money the fathers bonus was and murder her before the note was found?

26. Humm. Maybe there is more of a connection to the police department than the police want known. Clearly a lack of justice regardless of whe the DNA belongs to. If there is nothing to hide why not test it?

27. If this man was guilty, why is he pushing Boulder police to examine the evidence. And why isn't boulder police doing their job?

28. this whole case has so much misinformation associated with it that it will never be figured out. seems like a federal agency could gain control of the evidence if local police are not trying to work this case out. cold cases are being solved everyday using more advanced DNA techniques. of course dna techniques are so advanced today that someone who incidentally touches a rope in the hardware store could be implicated. this case was bungled from day one and will likely never seen solved anyway.

34. This guy had dealings with the CIA, everyone who does work for them turns into horrible people. Ever heard of sexual ritual abuse of children? Ever heard of mk ultra mind control? Hypnosis? The top people in Colorado are all involved, especially the men, John was passing that child around to his "friends" for sex and torture , they're all in the Club !!! Patsy and the son knew nothing because most of the time they were under hypnosis or mk ultra mind control, look at their eyes, far away look. John is NOT who he appears to be !! And I personally believe that the CIA gave Patsy cancer to get rid of her.

35. I still wonder if there wasn't a police officer involved in the murder. They went so far out of their way to do things wrong or not do them at all and they're still doing it.

37. There has been so much advancement in DNA tracing and technology in the past 16 years – just test the evidence already! They can possibly trace the relatives of the killer and then find the killer himself. Colorado, do better!
