Any body who knows about court cases knows the only reason the defendants attorney with not allow their client in the dock to give evidence is so they do not incriminate themselves.

If I was a juror in this trail. I would have to acquit Melly. Their is just too much doubt. I wouldn't send a person to jail for life or placed on death roll and I'm not 100% sure if he's guilty.

You would have to trust everything that ONE witness said that they brought up WHO was also his friend under the influence and couldn’t really remember much that would pull me over to believe them including when the other witness had a completely different story… would u believe that they all used that one phone (that coincidentally got lost or stolen)? do you believe that they pulled over and only let melly switch cars at like 4 in the morning?? Defenses Witness had the same story even when interviewed prior by the state.. The states witness is facing jail if he doesnt say what they want. He already has 2 felonies. One credible and one is not. Case closed free him now
