  1. The father had business involved with a child pornography sex ring (and victimized his own children), along with many other affluent people in Colorado. The father knows who killed her and helped cover it up, the mother was forced to comply and the brother is aware of the truth but is most likely traumatized and blocking it out. JonBenets old pageant photographer in recent years got arrested for child pornography chargers.

  2. How can the Federal Government (FBI) not step in and just take the case?? Clearly the Boulder Police are incompetent and it's also unethical if they are just refusing to re-test evidence in their possession.

  3. I'm also thinking about the guy that was sending the letters to his BFF. He said that he did something to a little girl. What if that's the other little girl and not JonBenet

  4. All evidence should be tested!🚩 do not send the father what a bunch of BS! That suitcase is a prop. You could not stand on that without it collapsing .

  5. What is going on ? How has this DNA not been tested yet ? What needs to happen ? It seems like such a small easy thing to be done . Why is it not ? When so many other cold cases are doing it ? I don't actually understand. How do we put more pressure on this ?

  6. The root of this shambles lies in the structure of US policing. I am utterly astonished that a piddly place like Boulder City ( pop. C. 100,000 ) can have the whole running of a complex murder like this and can refuse others having sight of evidence. Same goes for their piddly DA office. Furthermore, there does not seem to be any body in a superior position over them. This surprises me as a UK citizen. Here, police forces are much larger. Resources are often shared between forces. There is an independent police complaints Authority. A central body, independent of the police, is responsible for initiating prosecutions ( CPS ) and the whole policing service comes under the Authority of the Home Secretary who is a senior minister within Government. US needs to do away with these piddly police forces. Each State should have a police force with sub offices.

  7. I think they won’t test the evidence because they don’t want to admit are WRONG about the parents having a part in the murder! How the hell are they getting away with not testing the evidence anyway??

  8. People still think her parents did this. What kind of father that kills his daughter is able to talk like this interview for 30 years and ask for attention to the case? The parents that kill their kids do give interviews like chris whats, dian downs, susan smith, but they look guilty quite soon.

  9. Wow, where is the FBI in this case. I mean with the Boulde police not.doing their job, cant they step in and take.over even if they haven't been invited?, simply because of the dereliction of duty or mishandling of the case.. I mean geez,.the evidence hasnt even been tested. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

  10. Where is the link to sign? I’m in Australia. I’m appalled that the DNA hasn’t been tested. Terrible justice system. I hope it gets done before this man passes he deserves peace and so does his precious little girl.💔

  11. The other girl was 12 years old at the time of the break-in. Jonbenet was 6 when she died, and they were both in the same dance class? That's unusual.

  12. We need to start standing outside the Boulder Police Station and protesting! It is unacceptable how they have refused help, and the father’s request for items to be tested. How appalling is it that they didn’t dna test the f’ing murder weapon! Jesus! What’s wrong with them! I say we protest! Not sure why there isn’t a crowd out there picketing everyday already! I think they are certainly hiding something. Is it lost evidence? Or the fact a police officer was likely involved. I feel like they are covering for someone of their own. The fact they were so early on willing to frame the family, esp after the first round of dna testing came back and exonerated them, they wouldn’t follow up on the similar crime close to the Ramsey home, the unwillingness to accept the two Denver detectives that offered their help at the very beginning, not testing the critical evidence for dna, and flat out denial to retest and test things for the first time is unreal! I think it speaks volumes. The fact they were using the very long ransom note written on a pad in the house as a reason to say it was the parents kinda raises red flags with me. Makes me think it was someone in law enforcement that knew it could throw the case off. They say it was someone angry with John Ramsey that likely did it. Maybe he made the cops mad before this happened. Or someone on the force just hated him bc maybe a family member worked for their company. Some may be thinking why then did he leave behind so much dna during the crime on Jon Benet ….could be because he knew the police would cover for him and he would get away with it. Just a thought. Something super fishy about them not being willing to test untested things. They say it will destroy the remaining sample ummm well guess that’s not the case of u have a whole list of untested items directly handled by the killer. That means there is plenty of dna to be tested and profiled. I pray they relent and hand it over, and also that Cece gets to be the one that does the reverse genetic genealogy to find the murderer. She’s the best!

  13. A truly tragic case with sooo much evidence, that still hasn't been solved. Which means a child killer is still out there roaming around, which is a danger to all children. I just hope finally someone with the Boulder Police will care ❤

  14. What is most disgusting is that the police department refusing any help! Like if you are offered the best in the country why wouldn't you take the offer, unless they are hiding something? They know they messed up and don't want to be blamed. Why cant a judge subpoena all the evidence and documents from the police department and send it to those who are capable to retest and look carefully at this all. Its ridiculous why the Ramsey's have to do their own investigation and not have answers. They didnt do it full stop! This was proven. The boulder police department have messed up bug time and they should bw prosecuted. How incompetent can they be.

  15. DNA isn't going to help if it was them that did it. Since any DNA of him will be brushed off because he lived with her. Any other DNA could be there from the clothes manufacture process

  16. I would think there must be a way to get a court order to test the dna. It is beyond understanding that this situation is happening. The family was excluded and the other similar case wasn’t properly investigated. So there is reason to look further. The Boulder police should respond to these accusations.
