  1. as with driving with your arm out the window driving with something in your hand for anything but a brief moment is an offence of driving without due care and attention..ie taking a quick drink or making a signal is fine.. but to be waving you arms around like a whirling dervish or hanging onto the drink holder for dear life is an offence… so just having the phone in his hand can be an offence

  2. MAY have violated the judicial rules??? Dude is harassing anyone in a position of power with the police to complain and get favorable treatment from police!! 😂

  3. It should be illegal to use status of any sort to avoid law breaking. That way just mentioning hey I'm a cop or a judge would result in an instant misdemeanor or something.

  4. I don’t know why some people think they’re above the law, just because you’re a judge doesn’t mean you can do anything you want or you can talk to people any kind of way you want. Some people especially authorities need to humble themselves down.

  5. It's funny how ignorant that judge is, first off, according to the judges testimony", he said he dropped or lost his phone and he was looking for it through the seats on the side of the seat and pulled it up and found it as the cop saw him with it in his hand and therefore pulled him over, that means his eyes were clearly not on the road and his hands were clearly not on the wheels and he was distracted that's a distracted driver

  6. May 2023 He was suspended without pay for 6 months, censured, fined $5,000, had to pay for disciplinary hearing, and monitored for 2 years by JLAP, a Judges and Lawyer Assistance Program. SMH
