Judge Dumbfounded When Man with Suspended License Attends Court While Driving

12. This is a definitely funny clip. But after watching it a few times, I get the impression that this guy has some sort of undiagnosed cognitive impairment. He actually looked genuinely confused/shocked, it didn’t seem like an act. Obviously there are people who have diminished awareness just as a part of their personality/habits/etc but this appears to go beyond that.

    Someone who would knowingly do this is somebody who has malicious intentions (Showing off their deviance, etc) and this guy doesn’t appear to fit in that category at all.

48. I live with these people here in Washtenaw County. Only a very few of them have valid driver licenses. And even fewer have insurance. But few have a slacker jaw than this poor fellow.
