2. With regard to the Australian case, the evidence show that he moved the babysitter in within few days while claiming he wanted his wife to come back and that he expected her to come back. He expected her to come back but had given his school girl girlfriend his wives' clothes. There was a lot more circumstantial evidence the prompted the judge to say that his story was ludicrous.

3. In the Kristin Smart Case: She went missing in mid 1996, they went back to reinvestigate the case in 2011 with new detectives, new evidence was found & new ways of collecting & analyze evidence!! It doesn’t matter how long it takes to get justice for a victim or their loved ones!! The one guy acts like these cases are funny due to his laughing & there’s nothing funny about a person being murdered!!

4. In this case SHE was doing Onlyfans before him. She also was demanding and directing the Onlyfans content. Basically it gives a view into the toxic relationship that she was the aggressor even during the Onlyfans content.

5. CC is the abuser hands down, her boyfriend was not violent and even when he could have hit her he did not. In the elevator he is trying to keep her off without hurting her. She stabbed him prior to the incident

8. FYI: In Australia murder trials in Victoria, Tasmania or South Australia, the verdict must be unanimous. The requirements of a unanimous jury of 12 were amended in 2006 in NSW for a majority verdict of 11, some other states here also allow for that in certain circumstances. Maybe the reason for a judges verdict.

She WILLFULLY was doing that work by her OWN choice, she ENJOYED it!!!! She has been violent & abusive in PREVIOUS relationships!!!! She also had/has anger issues, had/has to have things her way, had alcohol problems/issues & maybe even drugs as well!!! I've worked around girls like her before years ago when I was a top topless dancer & some of them went further than dancing & went into prostitution, pornography, internet websites & spiraled out of control due to alcohol & drug problems/issues OR from things that had happened to them from childhood or teenage years….I BELIEVE the prosecution is ONLY bringing in her OnlyFans content because she is trying to claim that she was forced into it & made to do it….I DON'T believe that AT ALL!!!! She lived a lifestyle & traveled around WITHOUT her boyfriend that she MURDERED to where IF she was being forced, she had numerous chances to get away OR get help from LE to get out & get away from her boyfriend!!!! She's just trying to come up with ANY excuse to get out from under the FACT that she MURDERED him & there was NO SELF DEFENSE involved in that situation!!!! PLUS she's already tried to tell TOO many different LIES & stories….I pray 🙏 she's found GUILTY & gets life in prison/no parole OR death if they can go for it….She was a ticking time bomb & her boyfriend DIDN'T deserve to lose his life for always putting up with her abuse & not being able to just leave her because he loved her….Sooo sad!!!! I honestly DON'T know how you defense attorneys defend people WHEN they've committed such heinous, senseless crimes?!!! I know & understand they have rights to a defense BUT, when you're looking at ALL the evidence against your client that's sooo blatantly clear cut & shows/proves their guilt…HOW do you defend them so zealously & sleep at night/look at yourself in the mirror every day????!!!!! I've just never been able to wrap my head around that, I've always wanted to be the prosecutor putting the criminals BEHIND bars & getting them off the streets to PROTECT innocent lives….

15. Ew I love this show but myself and others have questioned following this show bc we strongly dislike prosecutors both former and present. This former prosecutor probably over prosecuted people for minor non violent charges, especially drug possession charges. Non violent low level drug offenders need rehab, not punishment. That’s one example out of 100. Sorry Josh…u can’t better ur karma from ur past of over prosecution. Ur scum. 21. RE Dawson case: the fear of not finding an unbiased juror in ANY part of Australia is very legitimate. Once there's the potential of a cold case being solved, people get very impassioned and few lawyers would hold out hope for the reasonable doubt option.

    Chris Dawson opted for a bench trial solely on the grounds that he thought the judge wouldn't be able to overcome "Beyond a reasonable doubt"
    With the police not charging him for 40yrs despite the general consensus ALWAYS being that he did it, they just didn't have enough evidence in their opinion to win in court, over the years this made Chris Dawson an incredibly cocky individual (more than he already was) his thought process was simple, if the cops couldn't charge him for 40yrs and only did so AFTER the podcast, on ALL circumstantial evidence and a lot of pressure from the public, the judge would fall back on the pre podcast attitude of total lack of physical evidence, just like the police had done for 40yrs, he put his cocky attitude above the advise of his solicitors THANK GOD.
    Unfortunately it's 40yrs to late and at 73…..well he got to pretty much live a full life and any jail term he receives is pittance compared to what he should have gotten.

    R.I.P Lyn, you have NEVER been forgotten.

34. Sorry dude, you lost me when you victimized the dead. The video shows how she comes for him, it helps explain the downward stabbing to his shoulder that severed his main artery. You can hear his fear as he says he’s bleeding out, going to die, losing too much blood, while she repeats I’m sorry baby, over and over yet tries to shift blame, not assisting him or applying pressure to wound. She also called her mom first, prior to 911, only showing concern for herself. Her mother had to convince her to hang up, call 911 but it took some 15 minutes after Boobsnbutt stabbed him in a fit of rage, delaying the 911 call, then not answering questions and lying to 911 about throwing the knife across the room to protect herself. Alll while her lover listened to her lies and took his last breath. If true, I hope she’s locked away for life.
