15. The boy is the one that deserves to be locked up, not the parents. He is a horrible person and has done some horrible things. He will be locked up at some point. They are just postponing the inevitable !!!

21. All these "parents" always make excuses like "I give you a roof and food, so you should be grafteful", or "I never laid a hand on him". Kids require love, respect, and compassion to grow into good humans. Clearly both these parents are abusive and emotionally absent.
