34. The weridest thing to me is how they found the tail light pieces 12 hours after the incident when the snow melted. If it was there when it happened it would of been on top of the snow or indented into the snow. Seems very suspicious to me.

    The people inside the house saw the vehicle pull up , and saw the vehicle leave ??? Did they close their eyes at the supposed accident.
    They didnt hear the car revving up in reverse to get to 24mph ?? , a car reversing at speed makes a distinct noise , perhaps they had their fingers in their ears.
    Amazing how they saw the vehicle out front and saw it leave but nothing else that would cause them to call the police.
    I think the prosecution has just made a huge mistake
