  1. And even if they did commit a crime, if they didn’t wanna get caught, they could always explain themselves and give a good explanation right but I guess they know because of all the people that go over and run over the video and run over all those people who go on the news, there are people that would say that they would be lying and did you get caught right off the bat

And even if they did commit a crime, if they didn’t wanna get caught, they could always explain themselves and give a good explanation right but I guess they know because of all the people that go over and run over the video and run over all those people who go on the news, there are people that would say that they would be lying and then They would get caught right off the bat

But if I were to be involved in somebody’s disappearance, I would be honest I would admit that you know I did something wrong because the difference between me and this pervert is that I have empathy I have remorse For my actions, so this guy is clearly Has no remorse he clearly doesn’t give a shit about his daughter, the daughter he raised from a little girl

  2. And he lied mostly the entire episode, and he sped off in his car when that guy from Crimewatch went to ask him about it. He just sped off so that tells me that he definitely has something to do with it you know because what kind of person would do that if they are innocent you know if they’re done nothing wrong and there’s stepdaughter or stepson I just ran away and they had nothing to do with their disappearance, or whatever

They wouldn’t have just tried to get away like that they would want their name to be cleared even if they don’t show any concern or They do show signs of strange behaviors, and they did lie about some thing. Do you know if they were really innocent people and they had nothing to do with that person’s disappearance they would still admit majority people would admit that they did lie and they did this and that because of this reason, and that reason

If they know they’re not guilty, they would never ever ever try To run away like that, especially from a news reporter, right because for one thing that makes him look more guilty by the minute, you know I am anyone who hasn’t committed a crime against something or somebody would know that right

  3. So if you know the person go really well, you do know how they type. How they spell, and if they type their messages with two messages, or they type it all in one message most of the time

End it doesn’t sound like this woman would type her messages in two sentences you know so yeah, but if that was my cousin Tallon, who went missing, I’m telling you right now if The text came up on his phone with just one big long message explaining something was happening or something with one of the houses that he was fixing and it just came up on just one message

I would think that was a little bit strange I would think that’s a huge red flag right off the bat because he doesn’t do that. He normally sends each and every word In a separate text, so yeah, but that’s the only difference between this girl and my cousin

  4. But my messages if I were to go missing and something happened to me, it would be very very very difficult to confirm whether it was me unless somebody used like a slang term or something because I always try to use the proper spelling for everything

But my messages if I were to go missing and something happened to me, it would be very very very difficult to confirm whether it was me unless somebody used like a slang term or something because I always try to use their proper spelling for everything

I always say “hi how are you? Not hi how are u” So if somebody was using my phone and it came across like that, then my family would know that that’s a huge red flag. That wasn’t me that was texting my family because I would never ever ever text in that context you know

  5. It doesn’t sound right because it’s two messages, My cousin Tallon always writes into messages every single time You never ever ever write anything in just one message like so yeah if that was my cousin gone missing and there was one message on the phone saying something like that in one message I would know it’s not him right away you know I would know that something isn’t right

you never ever ever write anything in just one message like so yeah if that was my cousin gone missing and there was one message on the phone saying something like that in one message I would know it’s not him right away you know I would know that something isn’t right

Seems like this woman always texted in just one message so if she wanted some time alone, she would say it in one message not two messages, so yeah, that would be huge red flag you know

  6. The mom is a kook, the step dad isn’t talkin, the PI is brain dead. Even the guy friend w/ the glasses is smirking while talking which is unsettling. And where’s this “gf in AZ?” I get ppl handle grief differently, but there’s so much more to this story & every1 playin’ dumb

  7. It’s unbelievable what us mother’s do, why would the person that had issues with Katelin would take her to airport? And went missing from there. Talking from experience, he is the one they need to investigate, I too had an evil stepfather who tried to sexually harassed me. My mother oblivious of what was going on, I had to tell her. Please don’t give up, keep after him. 😕

  8. James Branton, if guilty, had mere hours to concoct a "perfect" crime. He was literally informed HOURS before. Initially, another family member was going to drop Katelin at the airport. At the last minute, plans changed.

  9. James Branton did initially go in for questioning. He made statements like, "What took you so long [to get a search warrant]?" (It was more than three weeks later), "what do you think I did, buried her on my property?" And "when she [Katelin] left here, I know she was alive." He was investigated by the Feds for suspected child porn in the early 2000s, but nothing came of it. According to Lisa, he never made any sexual advances towards Katelin ever.

  10. What EVERYBODY seems to be not realizing here is that James does not have motive, but Charli Gongloff and Spencer Johnson do. Katelin essentially accused Spencer of rape. When subsequently interviewed, Spencer denied even knowing the allegations against him. Charli and Spencer gave the EXACT same account of the days leading up to the disappearance.

  11. I can tell you what really really bothers me I have experienced it many many times at the age of 60 people who are bisexual like this lady probably , needs to tell their significant other they are bi so when/ if they have a kid they know there is a 50-50 chance that kid will be gay also

  12. You know when one kid is gay, one of the parents is also gay ,it’s inherited that’s a FACT tI can guarantee you if you see a gay person one of his or her parents are gay it’s inherited people AND they can’t help it

  13. I absolutely 100% I have nothing against gay people I actually feel sorry for them it’s not their fault and they don’t want to be gay I learned this in a Q&A sociology class in college but I do have a problem with two same-sex having kids in adoptions , that kid will be tortured his whole young life.

  14. She's still missing!?
It seems like police had just cause to get a warrant for stepdad's phone. He lied about taking her. And why was he the only one who could take her to the airport? They didn't have a good relationship. No cabs available?
    Something's very fishy here.

  15. So obviously the stepfather did it. The cops know it, he knows they know it, and the only reason he's walking around free is that there's no evidence of a crime in the most technical sense. But I'm sure the dude can't go through a McD's drive-thru without a cop in his rear view mirror. Maybe one day some new evidence will surface and then they'll be on him like white on rice.

  16. I’m not blaming the mom but these moms NEED TO DO BETTER. And stop bringing these predators around their children. Maybe I am blaming the mom. I’m just saying, I am a stay at home mom bc I won’t even let someone babysit my daughter. These moms need to do better. So sad. I don’t care if she says she had “no idea”. This is her daughter, she was supposed to protect her.

  17. The dad left his phone alone at home and used an app the sends messages at a specific time or he did that to her phone to send a text at a specific time
Another murder did this in a different case and convicted him

  18. I think this is like the second or third time I have watched this and still something doesn't seem right about the mom. You can tell she is stiffening her upper lip and is very monotone in delivery 🤨🤔

  19. It was the step-dad obviously I can't understand if u can't take ur child somewhere and u can't pay for them to take a uber u have to ask the ex that's he don't trust and u don't trust it literally makes no sence
