Our court system sucks. It's a revolving door, sadly. Makes me want to move more and more each year.
I mean .. maybe she realized .. she shouldnt have been mixing things up so much.. we all make mistakes.
The excuse of sparing feelings as a reason to not pursue justice is some BS. The the people pay taxes for the prosecution office to do their job against people who are guilty. They have no problem doing against people who they have know were clearly not guilty. This is an open and shut case.
Why would a deal even be on the table? She killed her children and now wants mercy for herself. She taken herself instead of the children but again she didn't she took their lives and now she still lives

Its insane how in a demostic violence case its simply violence is never the correct response. Then the violent one is punished. But in a domestic violent murder it should somehow be reviewed? And the victims should have to beg for justice. When all the evidence is there. Its like theyre trying to justify why she did it and not holding her accountable for what she actually did. Like why even give a person like this the time and attention they're desperate for? Heart breaking its even possible tbh.
