@8:46 its not tragic, its an Act of God! God has been telling me for awhile now he is tired of corrupt cops being Tyrants, he had it coming in my opinion. That officer obviously routinely violates people's rights based off of self imposed "suspicion" which isn't a crime. As you stated he wasn't resisting, so the kid had every right to fear for his life at that point.
Can't say i'll shed one tear for the terrible cop died but I do wonder what happened to this young man? Hopefully he was able to sue them and get some compensation for his time and suffering.
You should help this kid he's getting railroaded and didn't seem to completely understand what was going on he wasn't committing a crime just walking there wasn't even a call this officer sounded upset from the getgo I do feel bad that the cop died but don't see how this kid is responsible I also respect the police but this could be me or you help this kid out
