10. That man at the end seems to be a case of someone wrongly accused and possibly framed. He possibly was often checking the neighborhood and activities in it. To kill little babies and children is really a calculated thing to do, and to give someone a life sentence when clearly didn’t identify him while her ex had set her on fire is very strange.
