Knives can be more dangerous than guns

3. Close range they are deadlier then firearms. But long range the firearm is deadlier.

4. Guns without rounds are as dangerous as hammers.
   Guns with bayonets are as dangerous as heavy spears.
   Guns with rounds and sharpened bayonets win the danger prise. But it depends on what you do with these objects.
   If politicians wanted less deaths of (criminals) from fire arms they could ban the trade of ammo and its component parts.
   That means no need to (Amend the 2nd) and the law abiding citizen would not be able to shoot the criminals only cops can shoot so less dead criminals.
   But wanted criminals don't vote. How about shooters education teaching responsibility, safety and scrap driver education as driving is not an inalienable right.
   Less child deaths from accidental discharge more votes over time. Votes are what matter.

6. Why doesn't everyone just carry a knife instead of a gun? because knives are lower maintenance and they're cheaper and they're easier to use.
