Bk is getting the death penalty.The rest of the town thinks the murderer is still out there.Buying exstra locks and keeping guns at reach.What for you have the guy banged up in jail.This case is a plant.Bk has been stitched up bad.Your court system stinks.Hiding things from the defence??? That would never be allowed in England.As soon as you get nicked , you go to magistrates next morning and hear your charges.Then you fight it out at crown court in front of a jury.

The amount of people who think or want this guy(Idaho suspect) to be innocent is horrific to face. No reason given other than…."Gee, I hope he isn't guilty" or "I think he's innocent". Nothing new really, had this guy been an ugly unkept scrarry looking individual these comments would not exist. Still sad to know that many people still think like it was the 16th century were people thought a person was innocent simply because they were good looking or they didn't look the part of the scarry killer. If you think this guy is innocent, ignoring all the evidence….simply because he might be good looking to you……seek help……mental health help.
Bob, I just began listening to your podcast. Wow, fascinating! Great choice presenting these tapes in this forum. There is alot to take in here but "I've got some time to kill." I have really been struggling lately. I know everyone in this country is entitled to a defense but I have been questioning why someone would want to defend people like John Gacy, Lori Vallow, Leticia Stauch, and Bryan Kohberger…. I think this podcast will be a good thing for me. I need to understand it. I'm looking forward to spending my summer with John Wayne Gacy, you and your father.😊

@rebecca it was one of the nstional story's for months. The last 3 plus months a gag order is in place and hes judt sitting in his cell sp nothing to report. It is a huge case with massive coverage. Where have you been since last November when the crimes happenen lol.
Why put BK face up and not the victims. Seriously we need to stop grabbing likes and clicks on the backs of murder victims. That was a hearing about moving forward in a trial to bring justice to victims. Not a reality show to make the accused a celebrity.

This lawyer is odd. Why would you laugh when you say you shared your firm with your wife. It negated all the things he said afterwards about his wife being the backbone so he could pursue a podcast of all things. Maybe she should be the one laughing. Second, the Vallow jurors didn’t convict because she was evil. What a nasty way of minimizing a process that by all accounts of what we have seen thus far, they took seriously. The ones who have spoken out have talked about their reasoning and deliberating process.

Scientology have been trying to influence the trial. The defence somehow “accidentally” sent all the discovery file to the Scientology civil lawyer who is handling the civil case against Jane Doe 1. The Judge is not happy of course and has set a hearing date for this to be sorted out and appropriate sanctions made.
Joshua, you should have Aaron Smith Levin on. He’s the host of Growing up in Scientology podcast on YouTube and he’s been in the courtroom every day with Leah Remni who goes to support the Jane Does. Aaron has been reporting daily on what’s been happening in court and also behind the scenes with Scientology.

I dunno but this idaho case always gives me the impression theres a lot more info that has not been disclosed. Nothing makes mucg sense as it is: whats the reason? Why he did not attack the other roommate?
Lori is guilty of being evil to the core so no matter what charges they convict her of she doesn’t deserve to see the light of day again….I’m sure she’s done worse in the past too.
