  1. Contra Costa County, California recently paid 8.4 million dollars for a false arrest. I live in San Jose, California. We are thoroughly disgusted with corrupt Police Officers. There will be many more multimillion dollar judgments against corrupt Police Officers and the Departments that they work for.

  2. I wonder if this is same dumb cop that tried to tell a Canadian they had to change the the license plate to the State plate, but they were only passing through.

  3. A California cop and I had a discussion when I was in college because he pulled over my Washington state car for dark window tints. He tried to order me to razor them off, but I told him that I would not devalue my car in order to be able to travel in this state and that I was willing to go to court for it if we had to. He let me go.

  4. If you drive a real car don’t go to California folks ever it’s a communist state people should stop visiting it all together and let it continue to lose residence as people are fleeing moving to Florida and Texas by the thousands and leave that state to go into rubles

  5. Mesa again!! stupid cops. untrained. don't care about the law. make up their own. Mesa has ben sued more than any other pd in Arizona. BAD COPS

  6. I will never understand why anybody would willfully act like this on camera. Like, dude, you're on camera. You're not going to get away with an obstruction charge when you put someone under duress to sign something.

  7. My question is (and it could be in the full vid on the op channel). Did he ever do a decibel test to prove it was over the sound threshold for California to warrant the violation? If not, how well is the “it was too loud for my ears” argument going to hold up in court. You have to have a measurable just like tint leave readers or radar guns.
