EDIT: The grade issued to the officer is a means to highlight the fact that the law may be flawed. As I said in the editorial section of this episode, the officer followed the law as it is written, and that alludes to grander problems within Florida's legislation. The real issue here is the language of the law, not the conduct of the officer (in regards to Florida's fleeing statute).

  2. It should of been a huge red flag that he was stopped for a seat belt. We he was told to get out the first thing he said is i have my seat belt on. Um wait why was he stopped

  3. ⭐️👉 Florida is now a criminal state, after Ron SeSantis took it over. Stop in a dark place, an unsafe place, or anyplace they fukkin" feel like YOU should stop! They're lying through their teeth!

  4. As soon as the police officer reads you your rights, you should consider yourself under arrest!!!!
    Know your rights
    “I don’t answer questions “
I’m invoking my 5th amendment rights and will remain silent
    “I don’t answer questions “

  5. Mr. Black was definitely treated unfairly, and acted with great poise. Florida law for “fleeing” definitely needs to be rewritten because law enforcement is perverting the law. Shame on the officer for not treating Mr. Black with dignity.

  6. Watching this channel makes you feel disgusting. Wow. We already go through so much and these people are a joke. From pulling the gun on a baby to the lady in the wheelchair.

  7. I don’t understand why police are always trying to find something else on suspects. If you pull someone over for a seatbelt violation. Write the ticket and move on. Why are they always looking for something else? Do they get paid more if they make bigger busts. I’m serious. I don’t understand it.

  8. You have a horrible “grading” system! How don’t you blame the pig for following the letter of the law…but the pigs detain and arrest us for following the letter of the law! Damn shame!

  9. Race had nothing to do with anything here. Also, I think that guy might have actually been at work at the time. I think I might have heard that at some point.

  10. I got accused of fleeing once. I was 18 or 19, and I got pulled over for speeding. The trooper was driving a mostly unmarked camero back when they drove those.

I drove up beside him thinking that was a nice camero and nothing else. There was traffic all around. He got on my tail and i thought he was going to drive through me. So i was going to get over as soon as i could so he could pass me (thinking this was a regular person in a hurry).

Finally, he sounds his siren and i realize he is a cop/trooper. He didnt have lights on top and the car was mostly unmarked. But he wrote it up like i was trying to flee his camero at 60mph in my sedan.

I always wished i could have asked him in his mind what he thought my plan was to escape his much much faster car while traveling the same speed i had been travelling before. And i also wished i could have asked him why did his car not have lights on top and was barely marked at all? Maybe its design worked. Im much older now but still think about that from time to time and wish i had argued it instead of just paying it. Im sure its the kind of thing i could never have worn then because i was young and he was older so why would a judge have believed me.
