This happens all the time. He was caught. What a punishment, forced to retire with benefits. That's not justice. That's covering up the crime. If they would lose those benefits, i bet this wouldn't happen.
Why did the other officer around him, allow this to happen they should also be charged with, not intervening while rights were being violated all of them should be charged, while they stood there and did nothing or helped him. Also I believe that officer who are under investigation should not be allowed to retire or resign their postions before investigation, or charges are either cleared or brought forth from the grand jury. And all money that was paid to him for the retirement should have to be paid back.
