  1. How did this escalate so quickly? I feel like we're missing a lot of body cam. Also, why bring the other guy inside? Shouldn't he go straight in the car?

  2. omg all the people yelling for now reason. there is a right way to be a sovereign citizen and a wrong way. if you wish to be one then please don't cause issues by violating the laws of the land you have to "travel" on.

  3. kinda random but i found it funny how audit the audit somehow manages to make an add sound like a lawyer giving an add break in the middle of the court house before the judge gives his judgement

  4. 12:20 into the video – it's not until the officer says "Get over here." and the other guy replies "No, you get over here then." that he steps foot on the property. Is "No, you get over here then" not considered to be consent? He literally invited the officer to enter the property and detain him.

  5. I hope to God for the sake of these people that they were actually all intoxicated during this. Because if this is normal baseline, what the hell is wrong with you?

  6. The premise of what these guys are talking about is legit, but is people like this who make the whole idea of auditing and everything get a bad reputation.

I'm all for exercising my rights and making sure the cops do their job correctly without screwing me over, that being said a bad way to ensure that is to immediately start calling a person you just met a liar and being aggressive as if you're special and you or anything other than a regular traffic stop to this guy, because that's what gets you in trouble. Being an asshole does not get you very far in life, and there is a perfectly reasonable calm and polite way to go about everything this channel and our Constitution represents

  7. "Sovereign citizen is a psyop to confuse idiots that don't understand law. It is an oxymoron. You can either operate as sovereign, or a citizen, but not both.

  8. Sovereign Citizen 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ In these cases, I actually feel bad for the police officers. These guys are soooo irritating, exhausting to listen to and absolutely pathetic. I can’t even imagine how much patience, deep breath and mentally counting to 10 it takes on the officers part, not to lose their cool, dealing with these buffoons.

  9. I understand the police do a lot of things that make the community lose confidence in them, but this is a prime example of people who make the police lose confidence in the community.

  10. Imagine being the one guy in a 1000 AtA actually gives a failing grade to…how embarrassing. And he could have just recorded, kept his mouth shut, and fought everything in court

  11. I think ATA should be required to only report on incidents that have a conclusion. I’m tired of the “as of the date of this episode…” I want to know what happened! Lol

  12. As of a few days ago Derek Phillips has been found guilty of resisting arrest and interfering with public duty. He was found not guilty of evading arrest.
